A hands-on role supporting concrete finishing, surface preparation, and installation work across VCS projects.
What You Will Do
- Support concrete finishing, preparation, repair, and surface installation work
- Help keep jobsites organized, clean, and ready for the next stage of work
- Work with tools, materials, and equipment according to site direction
- Communicate clearly with the project lead and crew
What Helps
- Experience with concrete, construction, or related hands-on work
- Comfortable with physical jobsite work and changing project conditions
- Reliable transportation or the ability to get to local jobsites
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn VCS methods
