This role supports the early stages of surface projects where preparation, cleanup, and attention to substrate condition matter.
A field role focused on preparing concrete surfaces before polishing, coating, repair, or finishing work.
What You Will Do
- Help prepare concrete surfaces for coating, polishing, repair, or finishing
- Assist with grinding, cleaning, masking, staging, and jobsite setup
- Watch for surface issues and communicate them to the project lead
- Maintain a clean, organized work area during active projects
What Helps
- Construction, concrete, flooring, or coatings experience is helpful
- Comfortable using tools and following jobsite direction
- Reliable, practical, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn preparation standards for different surface systems
